Brief Description: Upper bulk heads and aft upper skin
1. Finished up deburing the upper bulkheads
2. Cleco on the harness fairleads, final drilled the rivit holes. Also final drilled the rivit holes for 2 platenuts on the next upper bulkhead back. All to #40
3. Clecoed the 4 upper bulkheads to their lower ends in the fuselage and drilled the 5 holes common to each.
4. Clecoed in position the left and right bulkhead gussets
5. Deburred and polished edges of the canopy slide rail, clecoed in position on the bulkhead, drilled to #30
6. Debuured and edge polish the rear upper skin
7. Reduced the thickness of the last 1/2 inch of the shoulder harness anchors so that they will sit flush againt the upperskin when installed. Needed to reduce to aprox 0.0915" final thickness on the aft ends.
8. Clecoed the shoulder harness anchors to the underside of the upper skin
9. Removed HS and elevator assembly
10. Clecoed the tail upper skin to the 4 upper bulkheads and along the upper longerons
