Brief Description:  Throttle cable anchor fabrication

1. Measured and marked 2 of the cut lines on a piece of stock aluminum angle. Used a hack saw with some boe lube to cut the angle basic shape. Took down to final dimensions on grinding wheel and then the scotch brite wheel. Deburred the edges

2. Measured, marked and center punched the three 1/2 inch hole locations and pilot drilled with #30 bit. Drilled to final 1/2 inch using the unibit

3. Marked the angle cut line and again cut with the trusty hack saw. Went much quicker this time with a new blade installed. Marked the radius. Took down to final line with grinder and polished with scotch brite.

4. Measured and drilled mounting screw hole, clecoed it to the throttle mounting bracket and lined up. clamped firmly in place and match drilled the othe holes.

5. Deburred and polished the piece for primer later. Also need to buy a tap for the drilled screw holes. Will do that tomorrow
