Brief Description:  Aileron control stop modification

1. Ordered a 12 inch length of delrin rod from aircraft spruce and after receiving it I cut a 1 inch piece, clamped in vice, drilled a series of pilot holes starting at 1/8 until final size of 5/16.. I then cut to the same width of the aluminum spacer from the inboard aileron hinge and final sanded smooth. Inserted the spacer in center hole and tes fit on aileron bracket. Looks like it works and I wont be able to measure delection until later when I have the wings on the bench possibly.
One note: I cracked one while inserting the spacer in center hole and had to re do. I think the delrin needs to be drilled sufficient to allow for expansion and contraction so it wont crack.
