Brief Description: Aileron pushrods and aileron install rt wing
1. Reduced brass bushings to 1/64th to 1/32nd" longer than bellcrank tube. Squared off ends and lube with white grease.
2.Drilled holes in bellcrank and hold down harware to final size
3.Mounted bellcrank and bellcrank brackets to rt front spar and torgued An3 bolts to 25 inches and AN4 to 60 inch lbs. Put torge seal on. Leaving bolts on pusrods untorqued for now.
4. Installed the right aileron to aileron hinge points. Tightend up snug. Not torqued yet.
5. Installed my wing center cord line jig to last wing rib and lined up aileron trailing edge by adjusting the end bearings on aileron push rod and then locking with jam nut. These too or snug but not final torque yet. Looks good so far!
6. Started the same process on left wing but only got the bellcrank and brackets drilled and ready for assembly. will wait until next time.
