Brief Description: Finish fabricating the large aileron pushrods
1. Drilled the brass bellcrank bushing to 1/4 inch on drill press. Had some trouble with this when the bushingbound up on drill bit. Got them drilled but need to finish ream them. Will order the reamer Monday.
2. Made a rivit layout template fro the push rod ends for 6 evenly spaced rivits. Marked the hole locations on tubes. Also marked refrence line on rod ends.
3. Drilled the 6 holes in each end, inserted the ends into tube to refrence line and match drilled them. Removed ends and deburred, reassembled and rivited with MSP-42 rivits.
4. Primerd the large tube push rods and then installed the rod end bearings. Adjusted to proper length of 72 11/16" and tightened the jam nuts.
