Brief Description:  label cb switch panel and misc

Removed the switch console, cleaned and reprimered

Made labels and applied. Note that I put my labels on the outboard side. I did this because I have more room on that side and also it keeps the labels from being smudged with my thumb each time I move the switch

I finished rerouting the wires next to the battery box and now they wont be pinched with the cowl installed.

I noticed that the left exhaust tip was rubbing on the cowl scoop. cant explain why I didnt notice sooner. I had to remove the hangars and clamps and readjust everything. This also incuded cutting the two horizontal supports shorter. The original set up worked and the tips were positioned below the bottom cowl hinge pins. Moviing the pipe up required moving them way up above the hinge line. I need to get those pins out to remove cowl so not any chice other than to abolish the pinjs and install plate nuts and screws like some do. If I have problems with the pipes being too close to the belly, Il will have to change the hinge pins out. Wont know until I run the engine. I also noticed that the left side of the filter air box is 3/16" away from the edge of the cowl scoop edge at one point. Dang!! This too will have to be waited on to see if the engine moves enough to cause any rubbing. If it does, I will se it on the cowl inside in the first couple of engine runs and I will just carve out some of the cowl in that area to accomodate the vibration. That will be easier than redoing the FAB mounting plate position I think. Hopefully the clearence I have is enough. More later>>>
