Brief Description:  Hinge fit work

The horizontal hinge pins have alwasy been tight since rivited together. I have spent countless hours trying to fix the issue to no avail until today. I had started earlier in the week but I had gone thru every eyellit in the piano hinge halves and also the spaces between them with a razor knife clearing any and all traces of epoxy I could find. Any that oozed out on assembly as well as any that managed to seep in to the hinge area. The epoxy when cured is quite hard to see in these places and I will advise anyone gluing the hinge halves on and then riviting loke I did to uses extreme caution for oozing out. It doesnt takke much to make getting pins in and out next to impossible. After hours of work clearing this and also working the pins on the ends for a taper and also some other tricks to try enlarging eyelet holes slightly, I think I have it to an acceptable working set up. The left hinge pin goes in and out by hand with out issue. The pin for the right side is still a bit tight especialy the last 3 inches or so and I need something like a piece of rubber to protect my hand pushing it. All other cowl pins I can get in as well. Just a bit of difficulty with the bottom left as the exhaust tip is in the way but I got it in too. Im betting Ill be doing something differnt down there before its all over.
I also marked the cut outs for hinge pin covers.
