Removed the flaps taped off the fwd curved area of rt flap and sanded out the scratches form 80grit to 2500 grit wet sand followed by some aluminum polish. Used my electronic level to mark degrees of deflection at 10, 20, 30 ,and 40 degrees. applied colored elctrical tape for aprox flap degres ie 0-15, 15-30, 30-45
AAfter flap reinstalled, Isecured the flap hinge pins with the tetainer clips
Noticed that the aileron upper inboard attach bracket bolts were loose so I tightened them up.
Pulled the plane off the scales and packed up the scales for return
Raised tail again to level and remarked the leading edges in the ground and a datum line 70 inches fwd of datum and then measured the distance from tailwheel axle bolt to datum. Results are 251.86"
