Brief Description:  fab baffle seal

removed the fab from carb after cutting in the 1/4 inch gap between fwd edge of fab and aft edge of snout glasswork.

But some bafle material to fit with 1 inch overlap and then drilled in place for bsd40 pop rivits on 1.5 inch spacing and then riviited in place

the top piece of baffle seal is a seperate piece and I drilled out two rivits for the heat inlet flange and then slid seal under it and re rivited

the upper edges of the top seal and bottom seal were glued together with high temp rubber contact cement

applied a small bead of rtv around the inside edge of the heat door to prevent fretting of the metal while open.

the plate nut for the cable retention for the emergency air door interfers with the air filter element so I drilled it out and moved it aft out of the way and re drilled and installed with rivits

Filled covered the old holes with glas cloth and epoxy on the inside and filled holes to flush on exterior side.
