Brief Description: Sand primer on windscreen fairing-1
Goal today was to get a coat of sanding primer on to the windscreen fairing. Started off with sanding the buid up of epoxy applied yesterday in the corner radius Sandid the bottom side of the fairing over the roll bar Closed off the panel and glaresheld area with plastic and taped up good for overspray protection Put plastic over the front end and cabin and canopy Sprayed on several layers of gray sanding primer After a couple hours, I sanded the problem areas and spread on some filler. I will let that dray and sand down the next time I get out here. Hopefully, Ill be able to brush on a coat of plain epoxy soon and after a light sanding, Call the windscreen fairing good enough for flying.
