Brief Description: panel install and rear throttle knob and engine co
I lumped this days activity into one category-misc. Dont have another one that works. Anyway, I removed the front and rear throttle plates for better acces and began applying the velcro tape to the interior walls for the side panels. Installed the panels. The right side still has several that I need to do next time.
I cut the rear throttle lever shorter and removed the bend. Drilled new mounting hole and deburred and painted again. Reinstalled in fuselage and installed the knob. I like the looks better than stock and with it recessed, should be less of a snag hazard.
Positioned the engine controll cables thru the gear tower and into the throttle quadrant. I spent a bit of time trying to figure how to route these things to the carb. Behind the engine mount? O passt the mount and then over? Decided on on and temp mounted to the bracket. Not sure of the best way to attach to the quadrant yet.
