Brief Description:  Mount oil cooler, Attach EGT probes, Connectorize

After examining the oil cooler and mount, I bent the cooler mounting flanges to rest evenly on the doubler. I then used a round file and slightly moved the oval shapped holes inbd slightly and upward just a bit. Doing this will allow me to move the cooler inbd about 1/8 inch and down about a 1/16 inch. Need all I can get because if I were to do this again a third time Id place the cooler about 7/!6 inch lower than its current position. But this will hopefully work just fine.
Enlarging the mount holes requires a washer on each side of the aluminum support tube and to accomplish that I removed !/16 inch from each to allow room for the washers. I finally got the cooler mounted> most trouble was the lower inbd bolt as it was difficult to get a wrench on it.
I then located the Dash fittings for the oil cooler ina and out lines and then loosely attached to cooler and engine. I need to remove and apply thead seal before final install but for now, Im only trying to get it all in position to see if I have any clearence issues and to allow me to se how I should route other wires and lines.

After the oil cooler, I removed the front seat back and Mounted the fire extinguisher to the back. I determined that its quite easy to reach with my long skinny arms and its out of the way. Rear stick clears it easily too.

Finished connectorizing the EGT/CHT wires except for the 2 EGT probes on the right side that will need to be removed and redone.

Measured and marked where I want my EGT probes. Idealy they should all be same distance from the exhaust flange but cylinder 1 and 3 are difficult to accomplish that. I ended up with Cylinder ! at 1.5 inch below flange and the other three at 2.5 inch below. Best I could do. I then played with angles for the probes so that they will angle aft some and yet not be in the way of spark plugs or maintenance activities. Marked with sharpie, Center punched and drilled low speed with 1/8" drill using bolube to keep things from over heating. After that I deburred the holes as required and in
