Brief Description:  Front baffle bend adjust and bracket drilling and

Today the lower cowl was removed 6 more times and the right side ramp and baffle assembly removed 11 times! I saw some pics where the front baffle needs to bend into the cowl inbd area with enough room open for fabric seal. Ofcourse this bend changes the angle on the bottom edge to the ramp. So many itereations later, the front baffle fits to where I think its required to be. I also trimmed the forward edge so that it does not interfear with the plate nuts on the cowl. This process realy just kind of evolves as you go and then realize what need s to happen I think.

Finished bending the brackets that supprt the front baffle and then got them drilled in place.

After everything up front was fitted, Removed the 1 and 2 cylinder baffels and the ramp assemblys. Final drilled all to #30 with reamer and then deburred the lot.

Rivited on the two air dams to the ramp stiffners and then started riviting on the stiffners to the ramps. Also rivited the left ramp suport bracket together and realized I should have rivited that angle to the ramp first and then the plate to the angle due to clearence issues. Oh well! It will just require breaking out bucking bar etc.

Dimpled all the rivit holes for the angle brackets I made for the ramp to fwd cylinder baffles. These require flush rivits because they are to becovered with a cylindrical gusset that I havent made yet.
