Brief Description:  Inlet ramps trim and bend etc

I think I had the bottom cowl on and off 6 times today.. I also install and remove the baffles in cylinder 1 and 2 multiple times along with the inlet ramps. The goal is to first make cuts that will alow the bottom cowl to go on. The ramps and fwd baffles are way too oversized and need to be cut back to get cowl on but not too much because we want it with in a 1/8 inch of the cowl inlet flange. The ramps also need to be bent up to meet the cowl ramp at the main bend line at the angle as well as another bend in ramp cross angled from the tanget at the inlet radius. I found theis confusing. Finally the fwd baffles need to meet up at the inlet lip and angle inward to meet it and the ramp.Making this happen is very tedious. At times I would fit and angle the fwd baffles with out the ramps in place due to interference with it. Then Id fit the ramp some with out the fwd baffles etc. Trim is required on outer and fwd edges of the ramps as well as around the flywheel.

Tomorrow I hope to get the ramps bent so that they will meet the inlet of cowl as depicted in dwg op40=9 and 10
