Started in on the cowl fit at the spinner flange again with file and sand repeating excessively. I think Im about to the point that I can fit the cupper cowl to fuse now. I will need to drill for some plate nuts tomorrow first. Pics show the way I tried to get upper cowl spinner flange to 6 1/2 inch. This is a back and forth process of trimming spinner flange some and then taking small amt off outer intakes so that it all can be lined up.. I also ran a line down the sides of the upper cowl that is the center of spinner line and the trim line in front. Havent cut yet as im not sure yet if I should or noy yet.
