Marked and drilled two mounting holes and one fuel supply fitting hole. used DWG10 for location and hardware required.
removed fuel bowl and cleaned as well as all the inlets and then reaasembled. Safety wired the fuel bowl screws. Took me 4 tries!
Installed the pipe plug in the top and right side and then the fuel fitting going out to engine pump. I used eazy turn fuel lube on the fittings being careful to only apply small amt to the threads of mail fittings. Tightened fittings using flats method for torque.
Installed the drain cock fitting and then applied a film of biotherm to the back for fire and gas seal. Secured to firewall as depicted dwg10
Not shown is the back side. One bolt goes thru the firewall and an angle bracket. The other only has the firewall. I made a doubler out of alum bar and rounded and drilled for the bolt. Tomorrow I will install behind that bolt for extra stiffness.
