Brief Description:  Transducer manifold spacer fabrication

I decided to move my oil pressure switch form its own hole on the manifold over to share a port with the oil pressure sensor. Reason for this was because I wanted to reduce the chances of leaks that would result from the other location after a rigid line was teds off the oil pressure sensor and ran to the switch. This way however there isnt an extra connection or tube to worry about.
To make it work howver, I needed to make room for the switch so that it could be screwed in and out as necessary and not interfere with the firewall.
I had some .125 x 1.5 aluminum bar that i cut to the same length as the manifold.
Marked centerline length wise and cut on ban saw.
Put the two halves together to make 1/4 inch and marked drill holes using the manifold as a guide.
Drilled the 2 holes up to 3/16 and bolted together and cleaned up the edges on the belt sander and then the scotch brite wheel so that they were nice and flush al the way around
Located two bolts from my bins that were longer so as to accomodate the extra thickness and bolted the assembys on to the firewall.
Applied thin film of thread sealant and screwed the oil pressure switch into the bottom opening with the oilpressure sensor and tightened.
