Brief Description: conectorize the shieded 3 conductor tail light wir
Crimp on the molex pins for the 3 conductor shieded wire and install into molex body to lighn up with the wires from light. They differ in color so I had to be careful to align the correct wires. The 3 hole molex has the 2 power leads for nav light and for strobe and the 3rd is the strobe syncronizer. I tested before inserting pins in to the body by supplying power to the switch panel and flipping the two switches, They work! So I installed the bodies. I then added some blue sensor safe rtv to the molex pin and wire where it enters the body to keep out moisture. I need to check if there is any problem with this idea. Besides< I plan to use the self fuse tape again anyway.
The wires were pulled from the braided shield and so I added some shrink tube to the braid and put a molex pin on it too. This light should be easily removale when done. My only concern is the length of non shielded wire in the rudder cap. guess we will see. Might ask the guys at Vans airforce for input.
