Brief Description:  Fabricate the fuse block and drill to fwd brace

Fabricated the fuse block that mounts to the fwd brace with supplied materials. I dont have the correct length of screws so I will need to order some but in the mean time I used shorter # 8 screws for setting it up. The top half was measured and marked for the 7 studs aprox 1.5 inches apart. I set up a bit stop so that it would drill thru top and only 1/8 inch into bottom. I then separated the halves and final drilled to #19. The bottom half needs to be bored out to 1/8 inch depth and diameter wide enough for the screw head. Placed the halves together and marked the three mounting holes and drilled them all the way through. I then marked a center line on the fwd brace left side, Placed this bllock on the brace and centered over the center line drawn. I transfered the holes to the brace with a center punch and then drilled and clecoed on to ensure proper fit. Ill mount permantly once I have the proper hardware.
