I decided I wanted the maplight switch to be accessable for wiring and maint too and thought the access plate was best place. Unfortunately I didnt think of this yesterday when I drilled the hole for the light. Ther is still room and will work fine.
I marked and drilled the 1/4 inch hole in the access plate as well as the 5/64 antirotation hole. I opened up the hole in the bulkhead cover as large as I could. This allows room for both the light and the switch for easy wire and maint access
test fit and ok with it. Cleaned up the edges with file and sanding and then primered again
