More fabrication and drilling today. After drawing a centerline on the F-719 stiffeners, I trimmed just a little from the forward edges and then placed them in position and drilled...nothing too fancy. Since I had already made the F-719B clips, I went ahead and clamped them to the firewall stiffeners, then pulled the F-770 skin back to drill the single hole common to the two parts. After refitting the skins, I then clamped the stiffeners to the clips and took the assembly out for drilling on the bench. After this was finished, I cut the 1" x 1 1/4" lower longeron angle to length and measured and trimmed per the plans. For the next session I will bend the lower longeron to fit and then drill everything in place. Then on to the floor stiffeners.
