I came out a little early this morning to finish up the forward tunnel cover before Ross arrived to rivet. This particular cover is one of those pieces that is not intuitively obvious when you are making it. The forward angles must match the slope of the forward seat floors, so measuring and cutting are pretty important. Once the pieces are assembled, it becomes pretty apparent how it works, but I was pleased to see the pieces fit well once I got them in place. What do they say, "measure twice, cut once"? In my case it is read the plans three or four times first...
