Another session that involved lots of busy work and not much to show for it--at least nothing dramatic. I finished attaching all of the nutplates on the F-706 bulkhead and the three that attach to the bellcrank channel, and then I started thinking about how I'm going to run the wiring under the baggage floor. It's kind of important to have the conduit run in place prior to riveting the floor on, so that will be one of my next projects.
When I finished pondering the wiring question, I turned my attention to the aft baggage bulkheads which required four nutplates and fitting of the wear blocks for the shoulder harnesses. I will trim the wear blocks during the next session and attach them to the bulkheads--then it will be on to fitting the rest of the baggage skins, the seat floors, etc. Lots of work yet to do before anything gets riveted together.
