Brief Description:  Fuel tank sealing

No pictures. Pictures can't do justice to the substance known as ProSeal...suffice it to say I spent two hours "making a nice fillet with a popsicle stick, then applying a small dab of sealant on each rivet." At least that's how Van's construction manual explains it. In reality, there is nothing nice about this, nor is there anything resembling a "dab" when you get done. You essentially have to resort to wholesale smearing and realize that the inside of the fuel tank will never again see the light of day. Next session is the two end ribs, then the fuel sensing system...finally the baffle. I could be sealed by Saturday!!
