Today was a lot of cutting, stripping, crimping and attaching terminals to the terminal block as I finished up the nav and strobe light wiring. There are a total of 16 wires, each needing the above treatment, so the process took awhile. After getting everything attached, I took my multi-meter out and jury rigged a way to check the circuits by attaching one side to the appropriate bus bar and using a long piece of 16 AWG wire to connect to each wing/tail light. It was very gratifying to flip the nav and strobe switches on the panel and hear the tone that signaled a completed circuit!
I spent the rest of the time sorting out the wire bundles under the seat floor and adding wire ties to make everything look neat and tidy. Making good progress towards first full power on!
