Brief Description:  Misc wiring

Wiring simply doesn't lend itself to pictures, so I'll have to catch up on those once the bundles are organized and in place. I’m amazed at how much wire there is in this little project, but I think I’ve run almost all of it after today. I started by finishing up the switch wiring, to include the aux battery, alternate e-bus feed, nav & strobe lights, landing lights, and a few other odds & ends. I also ran the wire for the control wheel steering from the control stick to the autopilot terminal block using spare 20 AWG shielded wire left over from the fuel quantity conversion.

After running all of the remaining wire (I think) I began the process of sorting out the bundles, consolidating the wires, and adding Adel clamps for support. One of the things I’ve been considering all along is the ability to add or remove wires as time goes on and once the top skin has been riveted in place. This means that all of my wiring runs around the perimeter of the forward fuselage and will hang just below the ribs, hopefully facilitating access if and when required.
