Before I started the process of final drilling the fuselage, I first had to fit the stiffeners properly. This is where the builder's manual description falls a little short, so I spent a fair amount of time studying the plans and ensuring I was doing it right. Once I was convinced I had it correct, I cut the ends of the stiffeners and fit them in place. Next came the drilling--lots of holes and lots of clecos later, I had the aft fuselage drilled and disassembled for deburring, dimpling, and priming.
