Brief Description:  Finished right wing top skins

Today the right wing came out of the stand! I started the session by riveting the trailing edge to the aft spar. While all of these rivets are reachable with the squeezer, the inboard rivets are somewhat hard to squeeze due to a reinforcing bar on the aft spar. To ensure I didn't gouge the aft spar, I elected to squeeze all of the rivets with the exception of the 10 or 15 most inboard--these I shot and bucked while laying on my back on a piece of carpet...no big deal. Once this was done, I removed the tank to attach the three inboard platenuts that I had somehow forgotten. Lydia shot and I bucked. While the tank was off, I also riveted the bottom rib, forward edges to the spar. I've not seen anywhere that tells when to do this, but once the tank is on, there is no way to put a rivet in, so I just went ahead and did it. Once this was all done, the wing came out of the stand and for the first time in about a year and a half, I didn't have a wing stretched across the garage!
