This morning's session was abbreviated due to a number of other projects I had to work on, so I focused on tweaking the windscreen and canopy to get the best possible fit. The sides of the canopy bulge out slightly past the windscreen down along the sides, so I used #6 washers as shims to get the spacing a little more even. I also did some more sanding on the edges to allow the canopy to slide fully closed without the acrylic hitting. Trying for a 1/8" gap between the two, but honestly not sweating it too much as there will be a fiberglass fairing covering the gap any time the canopy is closed.
