Brief Description:  Final forward wiring organization

In my continuing effort to get the “aft of the firewall, forward of the panel” wiring done within the next couple of weeks, I spent the session this morning working on the bundle that runs through the tunnel and passes through the spar aft-bound. The pilot’s and co-pilot’s push-to-talk wires were all that remained (at least for now) so those were fed through the spar web and zip tied in place with the rest of the bundle. I also organized the RG-400 cables that will be connected to the bundle with standoffs and zip ties, and then zip tied the whole assembly to the four bases installed during the last session. Everything looked pretty good with regards to clearance, so I tightened up the Adel clamps running up the firewall.

I still have some work to do with the area below the fuel selector, as those wires will require some additional organization and probably some form of standoff to avoid interference or chafing on the fuel lines, but that will be another day. All that remains on the tunnel wiring is to change out the temporary zip ties for permanent ones, and determine if I will need some sort of chafe protection on the vertical component.
