Brief Description:  Right wheel nut adjustment

After giving it some thought, I figured I had three options for adjusting the wheel nut on the right side:

1. Drill another hole in the axle. Not very motivated to do that at this point.
2. Change the spacer size to allow me to tighten the nut a bit more. Not a bad option, but where does one procure such a spacer?
3. Slightly slot the two holes in the nut to allow the cotter pin to sit a bit more inboard. I chose option #3 as it was the least destructive and the worst that could happen was that I would have to buy another nut.

Out with a #19 drill bit and then the chainsaw file (FYI, that thing has been extremely handy on several occasions). I would file a bit, try the fit, file some more, try the fit, file a little bit more...and after about 15 minutes I could get the cotter pin in.

My logic, such that it is, is that the pin is under no stress, it merely keeps the nut from rotating. With that, the slightly oversized hole is not an issue. That job is done.
