Brief Description:  Fuel & brake line brackets

Short session after returning from out of town. Today I made a couple of brackets from nylon block that are designed to hold the fuel and brake lines in place as they go through the tunnel from the firewall to the spar. I also have some black fire-retardant foam that I will use to cushion the lines from the fuselage skin and cover, but I felt that the installation would be more secure if I had a fore and aft bracket that would hold the lines securely in place in the tunnel.

The plan is to drill 1/4" and 3/8" holes in the appropriate locations, "thread" the lines through the holes, and then after all lines are bent and in place, afix the brackets to the fuselage in a manner yet to be determined. We'll see how the plan goes...
