Brief Description:  Fuel tank attach brackets and misc fuselage work

I came back out to the hangar later today to finish up some of the odds and ends that have been hanging for awhile. First, the gear mount that I had removed a couple of sessions ago to remove the wing had a couple of bolts missing washers and nuts. This actually took longer than expected due to the unusual location and poor access due to the wing spar carry through. The first picture shows my "high tech" method of holding a washer in place to get it on the bolt...a little masking tape to hold the tweezers closed and voila...washer installed.

Once the gear mount was bolted in, I installed various fittings for the brake lines where they pass through the gear mount and fuselage bottom, as well as the fittings where the lines from the brake pedals transition from poly tubing to aluminum at the firewall.

Finally, I started working on the forward fuselage/fuel tank attach brackets which required a fair amount of fitting, drilling, reaming, etc, to get ready for final install. Next session will be the final installation of the tank attach brackets and installation of the rudder pedals.
