Brief Description: Ripped Trailing Edge and Cut Gussetts
Theresa helped me rip some wedge shaped pine trim moulding in order to fit the trailing edge. We originally intended to use the tongue and groove method of attachment, but we had some difficulty ripping the proper depths and thickness on the table saw. While a router may be capable of doing a more accurate job, but we don't have one in our arsenal yet, so we cut the tongue off the TE and have chosen to use the gusset method. So far it looks great... all we need to do is give it another eyeball and mix some glue.
