I took my cases, baffles, pushrod tubes, front cover, bell housing and other various parts to Lucito's machine shop for cleaning. Nick Lucito placed my parts in chemical vats for two days, but most of the aluminum parts were heavily stained, so Tom (the Dad) blasted the aluminum parts with ceramic beads. I was very impressed with the final product... it was much cleaner than I expected, and Tom took great care around the base gasket, lifter housings, and other sensitive areas. Tom spoke to me for several minutes about the types of services they offer and I've decided that he and his crew will get to do my cylinder work and orther shop tasks. Lucito's is a very clean and organized shop, and the turnaround is quick... I look forward to working with them in the future. My case looks great, right?
