Removed oil pickup, dipstick tube and bell housing. Once that was completed I was able to disassemble the connecting rods, pistons and cylinders. This took some time as the connecting rod nuts were somewhat difficult to get to and the end caps required some patience and manipulation. Once the cylinders were removed I was able to remove the case bolts and split the case halves. With the case halves split, the crank and cam shafts could be removed. I also removed and discarded the main bearings and factory lifters.
