Brief Description: Corvair College #32 – San Marcos, TX
For weeks as we have planned for this trip I have heard about In-n-Out Burger. So once we got out of Lancaster and headed south, we looked for a location where we could eat lunch. Round Rock, TX seemed to be the best place to stop, just in time for lunch. I’ll just say that it was good… not great, but good. A different spin on the hamburger for sure, but not one that I would go too far out of my way for.
Once we were done with lunch, we pressed on to San Marcos, where there were many participants in spite of the cold weather.
