Most people have told me that the best place to attach the pilot’s seatbelt in way back at the tail post. To accomplish this, I would use a 2000psi 1/8” control cable passing through the rear fuselage structure. I had to router out the ply formers under the turtle deck, which actually makes them a bit lighter without weakening the structure.
