Assembled right flap. Deburred spar. Assembled nose ribs and hing brakets and clecoed to spare. Fabricated FL-906A angle and FL-906C spacer, filt to spar and drilled attachment holes using hole in spar as guide. Attached main ribs. Drilled rib attachment holes to size. Using the bottom skin as a guide, drilled 5/8 inch holes in table to receive clecos once bottom skin ins attached to ribs and turned upside down to lay flat on table. Cleced bottom skin to main ribs. Turned upside down and set flat on table. Clecoed top skin and then nose skins. Clecoing nose skin required assistance to press the skins in place. Late, after doing this, I came across a suggestion in VanAirforce, to use cargo strap to pull the nose ribes in place. I will use this during final assembly.
