Brief Description: Complete splice plate and cut opeing for landing l
Complete fabrication of splice plate drilling attachment holes for plate nuts for tank, deburring and dimpling. Cut and finished hole in outboard most bay for Duckworks landing light and drilled holes in ribs for attaching landing light assembly. This was a nerve racking exercise. I spent an hour or two practicing on scrap using dremmel tool cutting wheels and snips. I chose to do this early in the assembly process so that if I damaged the leading edge skin, I could replace with a minimum amount of work having gone into it. Landing light assembly will be completed after leading edge rib is riveted to ribs and before leading edged is riveted to spar.
