Brief Description:  Fit left tank to spar

Fit pre-built tanks to spar and drilled bolt holes in tank attachment angles. Holes in inner most attachment flange allow just enough room for nut to turn. The instructions point out that to get these holes lined up, the holes in the other attachment angles must be centered. Since I purchase the prebuilt tanks, I determined that going through the process of making a drill guide to assure that the holes in all attachment angels were centered was not necessary. The result is that there is just enough clearance between the bold and flange of the inner most attachment bracket to allow the bolt to turn. Tightening the bolt sown will be tedious but possible. When I did the right tank, I used the same procedure but after setting the first couple of clecos, I shoved the tank towards the outboard end of the spar an a gain about 1/64th inch clearance. The result was marginally better, but I don't believe that there is sufficient clearance to use a socket wrench to tighten the bolt.
