Completed deburring and fluting remaining nose ribs. As a final check on alignment, I used an edge maker, drew line along each flange and check alignment by matching a straighte edge with line. Up to this point I checked alignment using the pre-drilled holes as a reference. Using the line gave me a clearer, less ambiguous check and resulted in tweaking about have of the flanges. Proceded to do the same with the left main ribes and ended up tweaking about on third of them. Still have the righ hand main ribs to check.
