Started deburring and fluting wing ribs. Completed 8 ribs out of 44. Last three or four went somewhat faster than first ones. Used combination of a Vixen file and mill file on long edges and needle files for the short edges and cutouts. Use die grinder for the lightening holes. Deburing the small cutouts is the most time consuming. Started using a dremmel tool with a scotch bright like tool. Faster than using needle files. Looks like it will take me between 10 and 12 more hours to complete.
