Back to the HS after having almost completed it once only to have to completely dissemble and replace most of the skeleton parts. With the orignal skins dimpled, I simplly drilled and dimpled and machine counter sunk all parts (spars, ribs, doubler plates etc)match drilling only the new ribs to spars and doubler plate to spars. After completing the dirilling, dimpling and countersinke I assembed the right HS. All pieces fit well. I will do the same for the left. After assuring that everyting fits together properly, I will prime all parts and assemple.
