Brief Description: Matched drilled spar. Started assemply of skeleto
Started day with practicing fabricating the mounting brackets using the spoiled piece of angle from a couple of weeks ago. Worked on cutting straight lines with band saw and precise drilling. Then, started on fabricating pieces from a replacement piece only to discover that the angle is not square. I decided to hold off until I talk with Van's.Moved on to assembling and match drilling the ribs and spars. From there, set up the jigs to assemble the horizontal stabilizer using jigs I picked up from a friend who recently completed an 9. Ended the day with the nose ribs and main spar clecoed to the left skin.
