Brief Description: Debur spar edges, lightening holes and doublers
Worked on horizontal stabilizers spars and doubles file edges and deburing lightening holes. Decided to do this before clecoing and match drilling.. Took a little while to figure out best method for cleaning up the edges. Clearly filling is the best combined with using scotch bright wheel and pads. After the 3rd long spar edge, I finally got the hang of using the file to clear and rounding the edges. Still have back aft spar and the aft spar doubler to complete.
