Brief Description:  Bulkhead part preparation

Over two sessions, continued preparing bulkhead parts. Deburred edges on F-712 bulkhead parts. Started work on bellcrank assembly ribs and related parts. Deburred edges of F-729 and F-728 bellcrank ribs. Drilled holes in F-730 to sized and deburred. Fabricated F-729C, F-728B and F-729B angles. Fit F-729B and F-728B to the F-729 and F-728 ribs and back drilled holes using ribs as guides. Deburred holes in angles. Drilled out remaining holes in both ribs and deburred. Clecoed F-728, F-729, F-729B and F-730 together and fit and back drilled F-729C leaving the drilling of the F-729C to the F0729B to final assembly to assure proper alignment once the F-729 and F-730 are attached to the skin and the F-7056 bulkhead. Counter sunk F-29C to fit in dimples of F-730, Dimpled required holes in F-730C and matching holes in F-728 and F-729 flanges. Cut the rear tie down bracket to size. However, angle cuts at bottom were to shallow leaving insufficient room for lower most rivet hole as laid our in plan. I believe that I can relocate rivet hole with appropriate spacing and use the part. If not, I will replace.
