Fabricated fuel pump doubler drilling all prescribed holes to size 40. Fit to firewall and drilled holes in firewall using doubler plate as guide cleocing plate to firewall as I proceeded. Drilled quarter inch holes to sized. Removed doubler plate and drilled holes for nutplates then clecoed doubler back on to firewall and drill nut plate hole through firewall using doubler plate as guide. Deburred holes in firewall and all parts and started counter sinking parts.
