Brief Description: Disassembly of floor skins, tail spring placement
Disassembly of floor skins, tail spring placement: Drilled out the pop rivets holding the baggage floor, etc. together and disassembled, along with the bulkhead. Riveted up some rivets left out on the tailwheel version (tri-gears need them left open), and started to figure out how to fit the tailspring mount in. I made a template and drew on the notch I need to cut out of the skin on the bottom of the tail... maybe attempt that tomorrow. Lot's of head scratching to figure things out. I also need to get a #10 drill bit. I tried drilling out the flap actuator bushings, but only had a #12 and I can't fit the bolt through.
