Brief Description:  Turtle Deck Bracing

At first I thought I was missing the (3) PA-14 supports, but after an e-mail to Tony at Bushcaddy I was instructed to use the 0.020" stringer material for this parts since the kit ships with extra. I made the (3) supports and found them to be too flimsy for my liking, so a wasted hour. While I realize these are non-structural and that in the event of a crash the panel should crumble I still like this solution better. So, I used a 96" piece of 3/64" L channel that is 3/8" wide. For the center I riveted (2) of them back-to-back. The sides are mirror images of one another. each piece is 17-3/4" in length held together with 6 470AD-4-4 dome rivets using the rivet squeezer to set them and the wife to hold the parts from moving (thanks wife).
